Arguably Mobican's most comfortable and durable dining chair, the Dali chair has been tested for 30,000 cycles of rocking on the 2 back legs with the equivalent of a 200 pound dead weight sitting on it. This is a heavy duty chair construction.
How it's made
Mobican furniture is made using a combination of solid wood and solid wood veneer components. Veneers are laid on a Quebec, Canada made engineered wood core. Solid hardwoods are sourced from Europe and North America and are guaranteed for life. All wood products are CARB compliant and /TSCA Title VI Compliant.
Cases are assembled by doweling and gluing in a pneumatic press designed for case joinery. All glues used in construction are water based.
All stains are hand-wiped to ensure an exceptional finishing quality and are sealed with a catalyzed varnish protection layer to protect from stains, scratches and moisture.
Mobican's production facility is LEED silver certified. All the energy used to power workshop machines are 100% renewable.
