The Cloud down cushion requires daily maintenance - fluffing, flipping, and smoothing of the seat and back cushions to keep its appearance looking fresh. Comfort wrinkles are to be expected and are a feature of the chairs style – a traditional chair frame with modern, relaxed seating.
