The 2-in-1 Organic Kids Mattress is a flippable organic kids mattress designed to grow with your child. One side features waterproof protection for potty training, while the other offers quilted comfort for older kids ready for a more grown-up feel. (And both sides are firm enough to support proper growth and development.) This nontoxic kids mattress is made with certified organic materials — and without polyurethane foam, flame retardants, vinyl/PVC, or fiberglass. It’s a smarter organic twin mattress for growing kids.
- Organic: Certified organic cotton fabric and fill for a more natural sleep environment, with GOTS allowed-accessory materials.
- Allergy-Friendly: No latex, wool, coir, soy, or other common allergens found in mattresses and bedding.
