We use high-temp porcelain for maximum durability and a dense, professional feel (they’re really hard to chip). It’s flat to prevent sauces running to the middle or perimeter. Our minimalist rim provides maximum surface area for food in the dining room or jewelry + accessories in other parts of the house.
