Our showroom may be temporarily closed, but our design team is here for you! We are offering free design consultations via video chat or regular phone call to talk about furniture design and planning out your space. We know that seeing a fabric or wood finishes in person can be paramount to the design process, so we’ve waived our fee for all swatches. If you are looking into wood or upholstery options, simply add swatches to your cart and then use the promo code FREESWATCHES at checkout. If you don’t see an option you’d like, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Free Curbside Delivery
Q: Can I still place an order?
A: Yes! Our workshop partners are still working hard to produce sustainable, American-made furniture as their local communities permit. The safety and health of our craftsmen is the most important factor.
Q: Do you offer contactless delivery?
A: Yes. We have added free curbside delivery to our shipping options for most items, which you can choose when you check out. Please note for this service, it is paramount to carefully check your order for any damage which may have occurred in transit and communicate this to the Delivery Team and to our customer service team at email@example.com at the time of delivery, or we have limited recourse to assist you in a repair or replacement after the fact.
Q: Will my order be shipped on time?
A: We may experience some lead time delays, dependent on the workshop, but we will update you regularly via email from the time you place your order until you have received your order.
